Meet Dylan Carlson

I’m Dylan Carlson, a young entrepreneur and licensed realtor with a passion for business, finance, and serving my community. I grew up in a close-knit family with my parents, Chris and Jennifer Carlson, and three younger siblings, where I learned the values of hard work, dedication, and integrity.

From 2023 to 2025, I owned and operated Carlson Lawncare, a local landscaping business. Running my own business taught me the fundamentals of managing clients, building relationships, and understanding the importance of providing excellent service. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, communication, and problem-solving—skills I carry into my real estate career. In August 2025, I sold my client list to focus on college and my professional growth in real estate.

I attended LD Bell High School, where I was the captain of the wrestling team and graduated with multiple honors. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Corporate Finance at Tarleton State University, which equips me with a deep understanding of the market, investments, and financial strategies. In August 2025, I proudly earned my real estate license, and I’m eager to use my knowledge and experience to help clients make informed and confident real estate decisions.

Outside of work and school, I find peace in Colorado, enjoying both summer and winter activities. Snowboarding has been a passion of mine since I was four, and I love the freedom and thrill it brings. Most importantly, God is my rock and foundation, and everything I do is to glorify His name. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve others through real estate and am excited to work with you at Smart Realty.
