Buy a home is an exciting time, but many tasks must be completed before you can start your search. Your Smart Realty agent will provide the guidance and groundwork to help you prepare. During this stage, we’ll cover all the essential information needed to secure your next home, such as down payments, mortgage qualifications, and closing costs.
Search
After your financial preparations have been made, it’s time to start searching for your dream home! With a Smart Realty agent as your guide, we’ll listen intently to your goals and identify the right type, size, and style of home for your life. Offer
Once we’ve found your dream home, our team will compose a written letter that lists your price offer and specifies your terms, conditions, and contingencies of purchase. Negotiations may occur, and we’ll work with you to present a counteroffer. If the seller accepts, your offer letter becomes legally binding, sending us into the contract phase.
Contract
During the contract phase, you and your agent will work together to accomplish every task needed to complete the sale.
