Meet Bria Smith

As a dedicated real estate agent and a true Texan by birth, I’ve been part of the real estate business since 2015, finding great joy in assisting my clients. With a deep understanding of the North Texas market, my focus is on easing the stress often associated with buying a home by providing clear, consistent communication and unparalleled customer service. It’s important to me that each client feels like part of my family, receiving the care and attention they deserve.

When I’m not guiding clients through their real estate journeys, my time is spent with my loving husband Chasen, our two bubbly daughters Harper and Savanna, and our beloved ‘farm’ of animals. Our lively household includes six chickens, two cats named Bogey and Bullet, Bitsy the Pomsky, and Bear, our golden retriever, all of whom bring endless joy and laughter. Beyond my family and pets, I’m an active participant in the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce and consistently involved at Compass Christian Church.
