Meet Donna Kaye Patrick

I am a proud, native Texan who has spent my entire life in the DFW metroplex. Upon obtaining my Master's Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Gerontology, I enjoyed a successful 10-year career in Healthcare and Senior Housing. In 2003, I felt the need to be closer to home and more connected to my community, so I joined my family’s real estate business in Arlington, Texas. My mother was a respected Realtor and my father was a real estate broker and builder. I guess you can say my passion for real estate is genetic!

In 2012, my husband and I moved our family to Colleyville to plant our roots in this beautiful city and enroll our sons in the exceptional school district. For over a decade, I have been an active parent volunteer and GCISD advocate. Additionally, I have volunteered countless hours for various local philanthropies. These opportunities have shown me that Colleyville is not only an incredible place to raise a family, but it’s also an amazing location to retire!

With over 20 years of experience as a Realtor, I have combined my knowledge of the market with my passion for helping the senior population. I obtained my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation which keeps me up to date on the trends in the senior market allowing me to better assist my clients as they transition through retirement and beyond. I have a deep respect and patience with the older generation and I loved my career in senior housing. This combined knowledge gives me a unique perspective when helping clients and their families downsize, relocate, or liquidate a property. Moving is an exciting time for many, but for a senior leaving a home filled with memories while facing the challenges of aging can make a move overwhelming. This is where my expertise shines and I take great pride in bridging the gap for a family navigating this unknown territory.
