My journey into real estate started with a deep interest in architecture and design, and how each home uniquely showcases them. After spending nine years in education, I decided to take a leap of faith into real estate, encouraged by my friends and family. This change has been incredibly rewarding, and it’s an honor to be involved in such pivotal moments for my clients.
At Smart Realty, I’ve had a fantastic time helping first-time home buyers. I use my educational background to ensure they’re well-informed throughout the home-buying process. My love for design is also a big part of my job, as I enjoy staging homes, including my own listings and those for other Realtors. Effective communication with clients is crucial to me. I aim to provide clear and detailed explanations, which is particularly important for first-time buyers, to help them feel confident and informed. With the potential changes in the market, like interest rate drops, I look forward to preparing and educating my clients, which is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.
Outside of work, I love thrifting, tying back to my passion for design. I also enjoy trying new restaurants, taking long walks, and keeping active. Giving back to the community is important to me, whether through donations, supporting local businesses, or contributing to organizations like the Union Gospel Mission of Fort Worth.
Looking to the future at Smart Realty, I aim to grow my listings and client base. Beyond just making sales, I’m really excited about venturing into real estate investment. This includes renovating homes for rental, both short- and long-term, and I’ve always dreamed of revitalizing a motel to give it new life and purpose within the community.
